How to use it

Morning on. Evening off.

Apply one patch in the morning to clean, dry skin.

Wear it up to 12 hours, then remove and discard. Never reuse a patch.

Keep well hydrated while you wear it.

Not for use if pregnant or nursing, or on children. Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. Remove if you feel discomfort. Ask a health professional first if you have a health condition.

Placement 1

Base of the neck At C7, the bony bump where the neck meets the shoulders.

Placement 2

Below the navel On the midline about two finger-widths down. Rotate between the two if your skin becomes sensitive.
